1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are freshly processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location across India.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total package weight and delivery pincode, or free on eligible promotional orders.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS confirmation containing your tracking number and live courier tracking link.

4. Damaged in Transit
